The Customer Value Architect will engage with clients to drive adoption of the Neara platform, ensuring its value and ROI are clear while supporting customers' strategic objectives and needs.

Serve as a technical and commercial advisor to enterprise utility customers to drive adoption of Neara's digital-twin platform, embed solutions, define and validate ROI, run training and workshops, collaborate with Sales and Deployment, and identify expansion opportunities.

Transform utility and geospatial data into engineering-grade digital twin models: ingest and manipulate LiDAR/GIS/asset datasets, configure models with a schema language, perform QA/QC for engineering accuracy, build reports and dashboards, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve deployment processes.
