As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and implement features focused on digital twins, API development, and engineering simulations. You'll enhance algorithms, improve monitoring, and create tools for efficient data extraction and network design viability assessments.

Lead Neara's applied research on infrastructure risk and resilience: define research agenda, direct a team, build probabilistic and decision models for asset failure, quantify data value, and translate results into tools and investment recommendations for utility-scale power networks.

Serve as a trusted technical and commercial advisor to high-value customers to drive adoption and measurable ROI of Neara's SaaS digital-twin platform. Embed solutions, develop business cases and value frameworks, run trainings/workshops, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and Deployment to ensure contractual delivery and long-term customer value.
