Lead and operationalize a new PMO for Europe, owning end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations, enforcing project management standards, maintaining reporting and dashboards, identifying and resolving risks, refining PMO tooling, and designing onboarding and continuous learning for Customer Success.

Lead and grow strategic enterprise utility accounts across Europe as the senior commercial owner. Develop expansion plans, coach account teams, scale key account processes, collaborate cross-functionally, report performance to leadership, and represent Neara at industry events.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and implement features focused on digital twins, API development, and engineering simulations. You'll enhance algorithms, improve monitoring, and create tools for efficient data extraction and network design viability assessments.
