Design and develop propeller shaft components (universal joints, yokes, splines, shafts), create standardized strength and durability calculation methods, support prototype testing and DVP&R, lead DFMEA and design standards, perform root cause and supplier/customer technical engagement, and drive cost reduction and R&D activities.

Lead manufacturing projects to specify, install, and qualify capital equipment and tooling; manage schedules; author engineering study reports and work instructions; perform statistical analysis and time studies; make CNC programming adjustments; design and install jigs/fixtures; troubleshoot production equipment; support automation and robotic integration; implement process improvement and quality methods; train production staff; and propose cost savings and capital project justifications.

Supervise manufacturing operators and production schedules, monitor machinery and quality documentation, drive process improvements and corrective actions, conduct training and meetings, complete production reporting and track attendance, and support special projects during model changes.

Manage aftermarket and OEM product development engineering teams for driveline products. Lead design, prototyping, testing, and cross-functional product launches. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, IATF-16949, APQP/PPAP, and internal standards. Set department goals and budget, mentor staff, coordinate with quality, manufacturing, sales, suppliers, and customers.

Manage transportation operations and freight spend, analyze logistics costs, coordinate suppliers and plants to resolve disruptions, handle freight claims and cargo insurance, and maintain carrier/3PL relationships while supporting carrier selection and contract management.

Design, develop, implement, and evaluate global learning programs. Conduct needs assessments, build curricula and career paths, manage the LMS, author eLearning, deliver facilitation, measure learning impact, and partner with leaders and vendors to support technical, operational, and leadership capability development.

Support corporate FP&A by preparing budgets, long-range plans, forecasts, monthly close reporting, Sales & EBITDA bridges, R&O summaries, and financial presentations. Coordinate with business units on inventory, working capital, and capital projects, maintain financial calendar, drive Adaptive Insights usage, participate in AI initiatives, and perform ad-hoc analyses.

Design, develop, program, debug, and implement control systems and production equipment to improve safety, throughput, quality, and reliability. Lead projects from concept through launch, integrate PLCs, HMIs, motion, vision, and data systems, apply Lean and automotive quality standards, supervise contractors, and collaborate with production, maintenance, QA, and safety teams.

Lead and optimize manufacturing processes for designated production lines, support new product launches and equipment installations, conduct root cause analysis, develop PFMEAs/control plans/SOPs, drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, prepare capital requests, mentor technicians, and perform hands-on troubleshooting and process validation.
