Lead and optimize manufacturing processes for designated production lines, support new product launches and equipment installations, conduct root cause analysis, develop PFMEAs/control plans/SOPs, drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, prepare capital requests, mentor technicians, and perform hands-on troubleshooting and process validation.

Lead and develop the global sales team; create and implement customer strategies; manage customer communications, contract pricing, negotiations, and quote processes; ensure revenue, profit, and compliance metrics; coordinate with engineering and program management; drive pricing strategy and support new business opportunities.

Perform incoming, in-process, final product, and dock audits; inspect parts and assemblies using gauges and measuring devices; conduct MSA and ISIR documentation; train QC personnel; maintain records and recommend corrective actions to ensure specification compliance.
