Manage and grow large healthcare accounts by developing strategic relationships, executing account growth strategies, increasing revenue through existing customers, conducting account reviews and sales presentations, managing pipelines in Salesforce, and meeting sales targets. The role supports customer quality improvement goals through NCQA programs and services, collaborates across internal teams, and may require some travel.

Provide executive and operational support to the Chief Medical Officer, manage calendars, travel, expense reports, and materials. Coordinate QMRG initiatives, committee and advisory panel logistics (CPM, GMAP), manage meeting agendas, document repositories, and communications. Support project tasks, proofreading, event logistics, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely completion of work.

Provide senior legal counsel and serve as NCQA's Privacy Official for privacy, HIPAA, data governance, healthcare regulatory (including AI), research compliance, accreditation, litigation, and enterprise risk. Translate legal requirements into practical business guidance and partner with cross-functional leaders to protect legal, regulatory, and reputational interests.
