Provide executive and operational support to the Chief Medical Officer, manage calendars, travel, expense reports, and materials. Coordinate QMRG initiatives, committee and advisory panel logistics (CPM, GMAP), manage meeting agendas, document repositories, and communications. Support project tasks, proofreading, event logistics, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely completion of work.

Provide senior legal counsel and serve as NCQA's Privacy Official for privacy, HIPAA, data governance, healthcare regulatory (including AI), research compliance, accreditation, litigation, and enterprise risk. Translate legal requirements into practical business guidance and partner with cross-functional leaders to protect legal, regulatory, and reputational interests.

Lead development and execution of internal communication strategy to boost employee engagement and alignment. Create and manage content across channels, advise executives, run change-management communications, measure engagement, and collaborate with HR, IT, and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and channel effectiveness.
