The Director will build enterprise financial planning and portfolio investment capabilities. Responsibilities include developing financial plans, business cases, pro formas, pricing and monetization strategies, scenario analyses, and investment recommendations. The role establishes stage-gate decision processes, tracks assumptions and performance, evaluates customer value and mission impact, and partners with Product, Finance, Strategy, Growth, and executive leaders to improve portfolio discipline, financial sustainability, and resource allocation.

Manage and grow large healthcare accounts by developing strategic relationships, executing account growth strategies, increasing revenue through existing customers, conducting account reviews and sales presentations, managing pipelines in Salesforce, and meeting sales targets. The role supports customer quality improvement goals through NCQA programs and services, collaborates across internal teams, and may require some travel.

Provide executive and operational support to the Chief Medical Officer, manage calendars, travel, expense reports, and materials. Coordinate QMRG initiatives, committee and advisory panel logistics (CPM, GMAP), manage meeting agendas, document repositories, and communications. Support project tasks, proofreading, event logistics, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely completion of work.
