Develop and maintain C++ applications using STL; debug and solve engineering problems; optionally use scripting (Python/Tcl/Shell); communicate effectively, manage time, and learn additional languages as needed.

Convert laser scan/point cloud data into accurate LOD 300-500 MEP BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection. Perform registration, clash detection, coordination with architectural and structural teams, validate model accuracy, prepare drawings, schedules, and as-built documentation across RIBA Stages 2-6 using Revit, Navisworks and point cloud tools.

Create and maintain electrical BIM/VDC models and detailed shop/coordination drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Design electrical rooms, cable tray and conduit routing, perform clash detection, coordinate multidisciplinary models, support constructability reviews, and ensure timely delivery of project documentation while collaborating with field and project stakeholders.
