Responsibilities include coordinating monitoring and evaluation data, processing grants and payments, supporting mission enablers, arranging meetings and events, managing travel expenses, assisting communications, and supporting intercultural mission partnerships. The role requires strong organisation, communication, relationship-building, confidentiality, data handling, and Microsoft Office skills. It is a 0.4–0.6 FTE, initially 12-month fixed-term hybrid position with occasional travel.

Maintains housing department data and business systems, produces reports and management information, supports payment processing and reconciliations, and provides systems guidance. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, business case development, budgeting, governance, supplier and stakeholder management, risk control, testing, data migration, user training, IT security, and transition to business as usual.
