Conduct comprehensive outpatient behavioral health and psychosocial assessments through telehealth. Formulate diagnoses and treatment recommendations, complete clinical documentation, coordinate with care providers, maintain ethical and regulatory compliance, participate in supervision and training, and maintain active licensure. The role requires an advanced counseling or social work degree, South Carolina clinical licensure or eligibility, assessment experience, DSM-5 familiarity, and a secure telehealth workspace.

Serves as the front-office point of contact for clients and visitors. Answers and directs calls, responds to service questions, schedules appointments, manages clinician calendars, collects payments, prepares daily records, organizes files, and maintains accurate documentation. Ensures compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, agency policies, and professional standards while providing courteous, organized support to clinical teams and clients.

Conduct Comprehensive Needs Assessments and intake documentation, maintain accurate client records in EHR systems, coordinate referrals and service authorizations, and collaborate with families, providers, care coordinators, and clinical leadership to support continuity of mental health services.

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for ACT program clients. Oversee medical and clinical services, supervise psychiatric staff and other medical personnel, coordinate care with ACT and healthcare providers, monitor treatment response, and support clients’ recovery and community stability. The psychiatrist also provides family education, consultation, and 24/7 clinical support to ACT team members as needed.

Provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for ACT program clients. Oversees medical and clinical services, supervises psychiatric staff and ACT team members, consults with healthcare providers, and coordinates comprehensive behavioral healthcare. Supports clients’ recovery, community stability, substance use treatment, daily living needs, and family education while remaining available for urgent clinical consultation.

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief therapy within an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. Participate in daily team meetings, assist treatment planning, supervise NPs/PAs, collaborate with nursing and staff on medical care and medication policies, and provide psychiatric backup and clinical consultation to support community stability and reduce hospitalizations.

Conduct Comprehensive Needs Assessments (CNAs), complete intake documentation, and maintain client records in the EHR. Coordinate referrals and service authorizations with families, providers, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). Communicate with care teams, respond to emails/voicemails, and support clinical leadership to ensure timely follow-up and continuity of care.
