Teams at ncgCARE

Serve as the organization’s ambassador to build and maintain partnerships with hospitals, schools, law enforcement, and community agencies; coordinate outreach events; educate referral sources on services and eligibility; monitor referral trends and collaborate with clinical teams to improve access to behavioral health care.

Manage the ACT referral pipeline and client flow from referral through discharge. Oversee admissions, intake, transitions, and outreach. Supervise regional ACT teams, ensure access and transition fidelity, monitor staffing, productivity, compliance, and operational workflows to prevent clients from falling through process gaps.

Lead and support a team of behavioral health professionals: manage caseloads, review and approve clinical documentation, provide crisis consultation and aftercare monitoring, conduct assessments, engage community partners, and ensure service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
