Reviews and corrects healthcare claims, investigates denials, contacts payers, and supports revenue optimization. The role also manages credentialing, medical records releases, subpoenas, facility licensing, enrollment, contracts, compliance documentation, KPI reporting, and process improvements. This is an in-office position requiring collaboration with billing teams, leadership, IT, clinical staff, and insurance payers.

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for ACT program clients. Oversee medical and clinical services, supervise psychiatric staff and other medical personnel, coordinate care with ACT and healthcare providers, monitor treatment response, and support clients’ recovery and community stability. The psychiatrist also provides family education, consultation, and 24/7 clinical support to ACT team members as needed.

Leads and supervises behavioral health professionals, manages clinical operations and caseload assignments, reviews documentation for quality and compliance, provides crisis consultation, conducts assessments and direct outpatient care, monitors client satisfaction, and builds community partnerships. The role also supports staff development, service recovery, and collaboration with clients, families, referral sources, and community stakeholders.
