The Senior Data Analyst will own analytics projects, design data models, build dashboards, and deliver insights using SQL and various BI tools.

Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned national account partners to drive adoption, training, and performance. Monitor account health and metrics, conduct trainings and business reviews, translate data into recommendations, coordinate cross-functional support, and identify growth and retention opportunities to improve partner execution and results.

The Data Analyst will perform SQL analysis, build reports and dashboards, partner with business teams, and contribute to data modeling, enhancing data quality while providing actionable insights.

Own end-to-end billing operations including exception identification and resolution, declines monitoring and trend reporting, monthly payment file processing, and carrier integrations. Serve as the primary connector between enrollment (E123), payment gateway (NMI), Member Care, and carriers. Manage ticket queue, escalate issues, and surface data-driven patterns to improve billing accuracy and operational continuity.
