Own end-to-end recruiting across the company, including sourcing, screening, interview design, stakeholder partnership, offer negotiation, and candidate experience. Improve recruiting processes, manage ATS and HRIS tools, track hiring metrics, build passive candidate pipelines, and advise hiring managers and executives on hiring strategy and organizational design. Operate autonomously in a high-volume, growing, regulated environment.

Own the company’s annual budget, forecasts, driver-based financial models, variance analysis, program-level P&Ls, cash flow forecasts, and lender reporting. Partner with the CFO, Accounting, Data, sales, product, and operations leaders to analyze economics, products, agreements, and acquisitions. Improve reporting through dashboards and AI-enabled automation while documenting processes and supporting audits.

Lead and build NCD’s FP&A function, owning budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, liquidity, debt forecasting, lender reporting, executive decision support, and monthly business reviews. Partner with Data and Finance teams on metrics, dashboards, AI-enabled workflows, and planning tools. Evaluate products, acquisitions, and financing opportunities while hiring and developing FP&A analysts.
