It requires extensive SBA and commercial banking experience, strong credit knowledge, client relationship skills, and frequent market travel.

Leads external financial reporting, including earnings releases, SEC filings, regulatory reports, footnote disclosures, and supporting schedules. Ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC requirements, and SOX controls; monitors accounting and regulatory updates; and supports acquisitions and integrations. Partners with senior leadership, Investor Relations, and external auditors to deliver accurate financial statements. Manages recurring filing deadlines and maintains compliance with banking regulations and policies.

Leads Cambr’s operations function across banking and fintech clients, overseeing daily and month-end processes, implementations, partner relationships, deposit marketplace operations, risk and compliance coordination, vendor governance, operational frameworks, cross-functional cadence, performance reporting, and analyst team management.

Design and produce print and digital marketing materials, presentations, proposals, advertisements, and visual assets. Translate marketing strategy into clear visual communications, revise materials for accuracy and impact, assist with copywriting, and coordinate Compliance approval before distribution.

Generates new treasury management business and expands existing relationships with corporate clients. Develops sales plans, identifies client needs, recommends cash management solutions, negotiates pricing, and supports revenue and deposit goals. Develops and implements workout plans for problem commercial and real estate loans, minimizing credit losses and disposing of collateral or bank-owned real estate. Responsibilities include working with borrowers, legal counsel, and leadership; managing defaults, litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and guarantor actions; preparing disposition reports; inspecting collateral; addressing complex portfolio issues; and communicating policies to internal partners. Requires approximately 10% travel.

Serve as the primary support contact for small business banking clients through phone, chat, and email. Assist with app use, account opening, SBA loan applications, payments, cards, deposits, and account servicing. Troubleshoot technical issues, document interactions, manage Jira tickets, coordinate with engineering, maintain knowledge resources, communicate updates, and identify improvement or upgrade opportunities while following banking regulations and procedures.

Designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates instructor-led, computer-based, and blended learning programs. Conducts needs assessments, partners with subject matter experts, creates course materials and job aids, facilitates training, supports course registration and training systems, reports results, and coaches on-the-job learning. The role also provides client support, maintains banking regulatory knowledge, and may travel to deliver training.

Provides inbound phone and email support for treasury management products, including Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, and Business Online Banking. Assists with implementation, daily support, training, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution. Maintains strong client relationships, educates clients and associates, follows banking regulations and policies, and delivers accurate, timely, professional service.

Supports marketing and communications operations by tracking projects, proofreading communications, publishing website and social media content, conducting financial services research, monitoring digital channels, reporting performance, managing the marketing inbox, processing invoices, and tracking expenses. The role requires strong writing, editing, organization, attention to detail, and familiarity with design, CMS, analytics, and social media tools.

Analyzes data from multiple sources, ensures data integrity, and develops data models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools. Partners with Technology, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Finance to identify trends and opportunities. Communicates actionable insights to stakeholders while managing multiple assignments and projects in a fast-paced banking environment.

Analyzes commercial credit requests, financial statements, tax returns, cash flows, collateral, appraisals, and credit risk. Prepares credit approval submissions, monitors covenants and borrowing bases, researches credit inquiries and UCC filings, and supports approval officers with prequalification and renewal analyses. Communicates with clients and relationship managers, conducts industry and peer comparisons, and maintains compliance with lending policies, BSA, and OFAC requirements.

Underwrite and approve commercial credit applications, analyze financial and industry information, identify and mitigate credit risk, manage renewals and monitoring, maintain credit files, and recommend policy changes. The role also involves client visits, regulatory compliance, policy development, cross-functional projects, and supporting senior management with credit risk decisions.
