Develops and manages SBA lending relationships, identifies prospects, structures loans, prepares credit presentations, closes transactions, and cross-sells banking products. The role supports SBA products including 7(a), Express, CAPLines, International Trade Loans, and 504 loans while maintaining portfolio credit quality and regulatory compliance. It requires extensive SBA and commercial banking experience, strong credit knowledge, client relationship skills, and frequent market travel.

Leads external financial reporting, including earnings releases, SEC filings, regulatory reports, footnote disclosures, and supporting schedules. Ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC requirements, and SOX controls; monitors accounting and regulatory updates; and supports acquisitions and integrations. Partners with senior leadership, Investor Relations, and external auditors to deliver accurate financial statements. Manages recurring filing deadlines and maintains compliance with banking regulations and policies.

Leads Cambr’s operations function across banking and fintech clients, overseeing daily and month-end processes, implementations, partner relationships, deposit marketplace operations, risk and compliance coordination, vendor governance, operational frameworks, cross-functional cadence, performance reporting, and analyst team management.
