Ensure continuous operation of live production, routing, and playout systems across baseband and SMPTE 2110 IP environments. Support and optimize routing systems, integrate legacy/hybrid infrastructure, diagnose complex hardware/software interactions, maintain documentation, drive observability and automation initiatives, and act as escalation support for 24/7 broadcast operations.

Support onboarding, ingest, and fulfillment of network content. Coordinate program delivery, quality-control screening, version control, and schedule accuracy. Liaise with production, ad sales, and engineering teams, provide coverage for operations staff, and handle secondary distribution and weekend/overnight shifts as needed.

The Sr. Systems Engineer will improve production workflows, evaluate vendor solutions, conduct system tests, and support broadcast technology infrastructure.
