Conduct AML/CTF compliance reviews across payment operations, including KYC/KYB, ongoing and enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening, PEP and adverse media checks, identity escalations, and source-of-funds reviews. Lead U.S. full-cycle recruitment across Finance, Sales, Technology, and specialized roles. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders, develop proactive sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, build talent pipelines, provide market insights, track recruiting metrics, and improve hiring effectiveness. The role requires independent ownership of recruitment activity, strong stakeholder management, advanced sourcing capabilities, and collaboration with a global Talent Acquisition team.

Lead QA automation across 5–7 retail-focused projects by mentoring engineers, reviewing frameworks and processes, defining automation strategy, improving coverage and stability, troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, and driving CI/CD, UI, API, E2E, mobile, backend, and AI-assisted testing practices.
