Lead QA automation across 5–7 retail-focused projects by mentoring engineers, reviewing frameworks and processes, defining automation strategy, improving coverage and stability, troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, and driving CI/CD, UI, API, E2E, mobile, backend, and AI-assisted testing practices.

Provide bilingual Mandarin-English Tier 1 technical support across Nayax hardware and software products. Drives regional sales growth for fintech payment solutions by developing strategic sales plans, managing client and partner relationships, expanding market presence, and overseeing product distribution. The role requires forecasting, KPI tracking, sales performance reporting, product demonstrations, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Approximately 50% travel within the United States is required, primarily across a Midwest or West Coast territory.

Provide legal and regulatory support for Nayax Europe, advising on EMI-related regulations (PSD2/EMD2), drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, acting as Data Protection Officer (GDPR compliance), supporting procurement, corporate governance, and liaising with the Bank of Lithuania and external counsel across cross-functional projects.

Outbound and inbound prospecting to generate and qualify SMB sales opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with Enterprise Sales, handle product/technical inquiries, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, and optimize sales processes while meeting KPIs.

Provide front-desk and office operations support: greet visitors, manage supplies, vendors, access and onboarding logistics, track budgets and invoices, coordinate travel and deliveries, and organize employee welfare events to ensure smooth workplace operations.

Own North American partnership sales for unattended retail, amusement, and gaming markets. The Director will prospect and close net-new OEM, distributor, and operator business; manage channel partners; develop joint go-to-market strategies; represent Nayax at industry events; maintain Salesforce forecasts; and achieve territory quotas. The role requires approximately 50% domestic travel and collaboration with sales engineering, customer success, finance, product, and marketing teams.

Lead month-end and year-end close for AU/NZ entities, prepare statutory financial statements, manage audits, maintain balance sheet integrity and controls, support SOX testing, provide technical accounting guidance, oversee intercompany and tax reporting, and mentor junior finance staff while driving process improvements and automation.

Perform accounts payable and general bookkeeping for Lithuanian entities: record and archive invoices, VAT and tax reporting, bank reconciliations, month-end reconciliations, accruals and journal entries, vendor and intercompany transfers, support audits and ad-hoc financial analysis, and help improve controls and processes.

Design and deliver large-scale infrastructure and automated production pipelines. Own and resolve complex technical issues, build CI/CD processes, manage AWS/EKS Kubernetes clusters, implement IaC with Terraform, and collaborate with development teams to ensure reliable 24/7 payment platform operations.

Serve as the primary customer contact to drive retention, adoption, and growth. Build relationships, map customer goals, deliver technical guidance and tailored solutions, manage renewals, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent Nayax at events and trainings.

Qualify inbound leads and proactively source new SMB and enterprise opportunities (50% cold calling). Manage full sales cycle, handle technical/product questions, align enterprise deals with local reps, document activities in Salesforce, and meet/exceed quotas.
