Designs, deploys, administers, and optimizes secure, highly available AWS infrastructure and Microsoft-based enterprise environments. Responsibilities include AWS architecture, SQL Server administration, enterprise networking, Windows Server and IIS support, infrastructure automation, monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, security, and compliance. The role troubleshoots complex issues across cloud, network, operating system, database, and application layers, leads major incident resolution, supports migrations, and participates in on-call operations.
