Supports customers in Italy by managing Amazon Cloud environments, maintaining and configuring servers, installing software, troubleshooting Linux, Windows, network, and operating system issues, and maintaining virtual application and database servers. The role also deploys hot fixes, creates technical and user documentation, recommends technology improvements, supports Application Support, Development, and QA teams, and provides employee training.

Designs, deploys, administers, and optimizes secure, highly available AWS infrastructure and Microsoft-based enterprise environments. Responsibilities include AWS architecture, SQL Server administration, enterprise networking, Windows Server and IIS support, infrastructure automation, monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, security, and compliance. The role troubleshoots complex issues across cloud, network, operating system, database, and application layers, leads major incident resolution, supports migrations, and participates in on-call operations.
