Manages client and internal projects from inception through completion, coordinating technical teams, clients, vendors, budgets, schedules, communications, and escalations. Leads Project Coordinators and Project Technicians, supports implementations and process improvements, tracks project progress and hours, provides project-planning coaching, and ensures successful execution across concurrent activities. The role requires periodic travel, on-call availability, and occasional evening or weekend work.

Develops technical plans with project managers for client installations, upgrades, internal service enhancements, and cloud migrations. Coordinates technical staff, tracks tickets, monitors concurrent activities, manages project documentation, and communicates with client executives. Requires advanced networking, server, hardware, and infrastructure knowledge, along with multiple technical certifications and customer-facing skills. Periodic travel and occasional after-hours support are required.

Provides technical support for client projects, including hardware, software, server, network, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration. Resolves project-related tickets, documents processes and changes, assists technicians, communicates solutions to clients, and escalates complex issues. Requires at least three years of technical experience or equivalent education, three relevant certifications, and occasional travel. Week-long on-call rotations and occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Manages pooled technical resources by forecasting demand, assigning technicians to projects, balancing workloads, monitoring delivery risks, and optimizing utilization. Partners with project managers, program managers, and technical leads on staffing, workforce planning, skill development, performance management, hiring, onboarding, and escalation resolution. The role emphasizes capacity management, career development, and delivery enablement across Solutions initiatives.

Owns business analysis, requirements, testing, governance, roadmap planning, and adoption for internal systems, AI, and automation initiatives. Leads discovery, translates needs into development-ready requirements, coordinates testing and delivery, evaluates AI opportunities, tracks outcomes, and presents recommendations to executives. Partners with engineering, data science, and business teams to prioritize initiatives, build business cases, manage dependencies, and improve product governance practices.

Leads development of Navanta’s secure data backbone, including lakehouse architecture, bank-system ingestion, CDC pipelines, semantic modeling, data quality, reconciliation, observability, governance, and lineage. Partners with AI/ML, security, and platform teams to deliver reliable, queryable data products for financial institutions. Owns data contracts, access controls, regulatory data handling, pipeline SLAs, bank onboarding, and on-call reliability operations.
