Improves FP&A processes, supports compliance, and identifies opportunities to automate analysis using AI and LLM tools.

Executes solar project financings and strategic financial analysis. Responsibilities include building project finance, DCF, valuation, and scenario models; valuing a large renewable energy portfolio; supporting debt and tax equity origination; analyzing strategic transactions and policy impacts; coordinating lenders and investors; managing diligence and financing closings; tracking project costs; and preparing executive and board materials.

The Director of FP&A leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance reporting, and decision support for community solar and related business activities. The role analyzes portfolio economics, profitability, cash flow, and operational KPIs while partnering with executive and operational leaders. It also leads AI and analytics transformation across finance, including FP&A platform implementation, automated reporting, predictive forecasting, dashboards, data governance, and business intelligence. The position builds and develops a high-performing FP&A team.

Leads financial modeling, valuation, diligence, and acquisition analysis for U.S. solar and energy storage projects. Prepares investment committee materials, market research, transaction updates, and project proposals; coordinates cross-functional diligence and supports negotiations. Evaluates technical, commercial, regulatory, policy, tariff, interconnection, offtake, and financial assumptions. Tracks renewable energy market developments and uses AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude to improve research, analysis, and workflow efficiency.

The Policy Manager monitors and analyzes legislative, regulatory, political, and utility developments across priority markets, primarily in the Northeast. They prepare executive briefings, policy memoranda, strategic recommendations, and tracking systems; coordinate lobbyists, trade associations, coalitions, and consultants; support government affairs and advocacy strategies; and align policy objectives with Legal, Development, Finance, Operations, and business teams.
