Build solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Salesforce configuration while integrating Salesforce with ERP and other enterprise systems. Serve as the top-tier escalation point, lead technical governance, mentor administrators and developers, and communicate roadmaps and risks to stakeholders. The role begins remotely and transitions to an office-based position in Bangalore, with minimal travel.

Administer and optimize enterprise Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments. Responsibilities include performance tuning, execution-plan analysis, query and index optimization, backup and recovery, high availability, disaster recovery, security, monitoring, capacity planning, incident response, automation, and compliance.
