Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, scripts, UI policies, and service catalog items. Build REST and SOAP integrations, automate fulfillment, troubleshoot platform issues, and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions, participate in Agile/Scrum processes, uphold ServiceNow security and data-integrity best practices, and support quality standards. The role requires hands-on ServiceNow experience, scripting and configuration knowledge, client communication, and the ability to work effectively under tight timelines.

Develop and architect ServiceNow solutions, including full-cycle ITSM, Asset, CMDB, and ITOM implementations. Configure and script the platform, build custom applications, integrate external systems through REST APIs and web services, and support development teams. Lead global implementations, upgrades, quality standards, and client collaboration while working independently and managing tight timelines. ITBM, GRC, HRSD, ServiceNow administration, ITIL, and implementation certifications are advantageous.

Assist with recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, job postings, and candidate coordination. Support onboarding, documentation, employee records, HR databases, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, engagement activities, policy compliance, and basic employee queries.
