Lead end-to-end broadband and telecommunications projects for Tribal and public-sector customers. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, change requests, and stakeholder expectations. Serve as primary customer contact, build trusted relationships, facilitate meetings, and produce audit-ready documentation and reports. Collaborate with engineering and leadership to solve problems and improve processes while taking ownership of outcomes.

Lead design and delivery of middle-mile and last-mile broadband projects for tribal and rural communities. Perform OSP/ISP fiber design, route planning, feasibility studies, grant-compliant documentation, construction oversight, testing, and technical mentorship. Interact with project managers, contractors, tribal stakeholders, and grant administrators to ensure on-time, on-budget, and compliant project delivery.
