Native Health of Phoenix

NATIVE HEALTH is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides a wide range of high-quality, patient-centered medical, dental, behavioral health, WIC, and wellness programs. Founded in 1978, the organization serves urban American Indians, Alaska Natives, and other individuals in the Phoenix metropolitan area who experience barriers to holistic, patient-centered, and culturally sensitive health and wellness services.
