The Program Coordinator I will coordinate health center operations, provide administrative support, manage electronic health records, and assist in health outreach activities within school-based clinics.

Manage and track patient referrals to specialists and ancillary services from initiation through completion. Verify benefits, process prior authorizations, schedule appointments, communicate with patients and specialists, document all activity in the EHR, maintain tracking systems, and support training and referral workflow improvements.

The Credentialed Epic Training Specialist provides training and support for clinical workflows in Epic. Responsibilities include curriculum development, user training, and collaboration with clinical staff for quality improvement.
