Provide front-office administrative support including answering phones, data entry into databases and spreadsheets, general office tasks, communicating with team members, and supporting agency staff and the public. Perform duties consistent with organizational mission and other duties as requested.

Provide after-hours crisis support for families and foster parents: answer inbound calls, de-escalate situations, coordinate placements, complete incident and Medicaid documentation, notify regional staff and custodial agencies, and log follow-up communications.

Maintain confidential case records and HIPAA compliance; perform billing audits, accounts payable/receivable, data entry, and prepare documentation for audits and court reviews. Compile data for reports and contract compliance, process subpoenas, and support clerical tasks and office mail/records handling.

Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, training, and case consultation for a clinical team serving minors; manage and approve documentation, ensure training compliance, travel to support youth and families, and perform other duties to support program goals and regulatory requirements.

Provide case management and direct human services to youth and families in community and group home settings. Support client wellbeing, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver compassionate, bilingual assistance to help children flourish.

Provide developmentally appropriate education and emotional support for displaced and unaccompanied minor youth. Create lesson plans, assess student progress, supervise assistant educators, ensure student safety, document attendance and development, participate in recruitment and on-call schedules, and collaborate with program staff and ORR liaisons.

Provide case management for youth in ORR care: complete assessments and service plans, maintain UC Portal and physical files, coordinate referrals, mentor staff, conduct intake and sponsor interviews, arrange transportation, and ensure safe and timely reunification and care coordination.

Provide administrative and document support to case management teams to meet ORR and NYAP recordkeeping and reunification requirements. Tasks include maintaining and uploading records to UC Portal and Evolv, completing intake/discharge packages and VOR updates, assisting background and CA/N checks, coordinating travel and legal screenings, and supporting foster, clinical, and medical teams as needed.

Provide administrative support for La Jornada: data entry and database maintenance, schedule and coordinate conferences/trainings, produce quarterly/annual reports, manage office supplies and equipment, track expenses and bookkeeping, record meeting minutes, coordinate advertisements, offer notary services, and support managers and staff to ensure efficient daily operations.

Supervise and train case managers, coordinate safe and timely releases, provide on-site child-facing services, support crisis response and behavioral stabilization, maintain caseload, and ensure training/compliance.

Provide outreach and casework to adults at risk of homelessness to increase access to SSI/SSDI. Develop treatment/service plans, assist family reunification, complete required documentation and trainings, maintain client contact, and engage individuals toward recovery and identified goals.

Provide case management for unaccompanied children: complete timely assessments and service plans, vet sponsors, coordinate multidisciplinary staffing, maintain UC Portal and physical files, document progress, facilitate legal and family contact, arrange transportation, support reunification and discharge planning, respond on-call and work flexible hours.

Supervise and train case managers, provide on-site child-facing case management and safe release services, coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain caseload, support safety assessments and crisis response, and ensure staff complete required trainings.

Design and deliver developmentally appropriate bilingual (English/Spanish) lessons, supervise assistant educators, assess and document student progress and attendance, ensure student safety, participate in recruitment and on-call rotations, and engage families to support student well-being.

Provide case management and enrollment for young adults (18–21) in the Bridges program, complete assessments and plans, maintain CCWIS documentation, coordinate housing and services, meet clients monthly, appear in court as needed, deliver life-skills coaching, and support education/employment goals while managing a caseload of 12–15 participants.

Provide case management and reunification services for unaccompanied children: complete ORR-required assessments and documentation, vet and interview sponsors, coordinate multidisciplinary staffing, maintain UC Portal and physical files, transport youth as needed, conduct regular family contacts, and ensure safety and compliance with ORR and NYAP policies.

Provide administrative and document support to case management for unaccompanied children, maintain records and uploads to ORR/NYAP systems, assist with intake/discharge, background checks, travel coordination, and support legal, clinical, and foster licensing processes. Must be bilingual (Spanish), tech-proficient, and able to travel and drive.

Provide community-based intensive home-based treatment to youth and families, delivering counseling, crisis intervention, case management, safety assessments, coordination with foster parents and community partners, documentation, on-call crisis support, and ongoing treatment plan review to promote stabilization and successful community living.

Provide community-based out-of-school programming and support for youth and families. Engage participants, collaborate with partners, and deliver services in community and group home settings while promoting positive youth development. Work safely following COVID-19 guidance.
