Supervise and develop the foster care program, providing leadership, coaching, case oversight, regulatory compliance, and coordination with DCFS, courts, schools, and community providers. Review/approve service plans and reports, manage intake and case assignments, lead quality assurance, respond to crises and on-call emergencies, and ensure documentation accuracy in state portals and EHRs.

Provide nursing care for adolescents in a behavioral health program: perform intake physical assessments, identify and report abnormal findings, implement physician orders, administer non-prescription meds per standing orders, maintain documentation, coordinate physician exams, and ensure compliance with medical policies.

Provide clinical leadership and direct supervision for STAR program staff, oversee intake and documentation, develop and deliver training, offer clinical consultation, coordinate with schools and agencies, provide on-call crisis response, and participate in quality assurance and staff evaluation.
