The Chief Operating Officer will lead organizational strategy execution, daily business operations, facilities management, campus-wide services, sustainability initiatives, vendor and partner relationships, and event sales and operations. The role manages budgets, performance metrics, teams, contractors, and event revenue growth while collaborating with the CEO, board, stakeholders, and campus partners to launch and scale the National Western Center.

Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, reports, KPIs, pricing strategies, and revenue projections. Partner with the CFO and leadership on strategic decisions, prepare Board presentations, monitor financial performance, support accounting functions, evaluate financial systems, and establish fee schedules and rate cards.
