Teams at National Western Center

Generates convention, meeting, trade show, and event business for the National Western Center. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead conversion, relationship development, site visits, proposal and contract negotiation, pipeline and revenue management, CRM recordkeeping, client retention, and rebooking. The role collaborates with marketing and event operations teams to communicate client requirements and promote venue offerings while meeting sales and revenue goals.

Leads booking strategy, promoter and agency relationships, event contracting, settlements, and multi-venue calendar optimization across the National Western Center campus. Builds a diverse pipeline of concerts, festivals, sports, family shows, and civic events while maximizing utilization and profitability. Oversees forecasts, budgets, event feasibility, marketing coordination, industry relationships, and a growing booking team.
