Lead enterprise learning strategy and full lifecycle L&D programs: needs analysis, instructional design, LMS/LXP administration, compliance training, facilitation, skills inventory management, analytics, vendor management, and continuous improvement to align learning with organizational goals and workforce capability needs.

Responsible for treasury-focused accounting including month-end close, reconciliations, cash monitoring and forecasting, initiating wire/ACH payments, liquidity/investment and debt reporting, audit support, deferred revenue and grant accounting, fixed asset tracking, payroll support, and accounting guidance implementation. Collaborates with stakeholders and supports timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.

Design and validate cloud-native application architectures and roadmaps to modernize mission-critical systems. Build prototypes, define integration and security standards, embed security-by-design, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, PMO, CDO, and stakeholders to drive cloud migration and scalable, loosely coupled solutions.
