Provides executive administrative and operations support to the President and CEO, including complex calendar management, domestic travel coordination, meeting logistics, Board and leadership meeting support, executive communications, expense reporting, records management, and confidential information handling. The role also supports strategic initiatives, executive events, governance activities, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid environment.

Defines enterprise DevSecOps architecture, governance, standards, and technology roadmaps. Leads secure CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, infrastructure automation, software supply chain security, observability, resiliency, disaster recovery, and platform modernization. Partners with engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, data, product, and business teams; advises leadership, leads architecture reviews, supports critical incidents, and mentors technical teams.

Leads product strategy, roadmap execution, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management across complex SaaS and data-service portfolios. Oversees market research, customer discovery, agile delivery, launches, financial performance, partnerships, and product metrics. Builds and manages large product teams, aligns executives and cross-functional stakeholders, prioritizes investments, and drives customer and business outcomes. The role requires extensive senior product leadership, program management, data analysis, go-to-market, and team development experience.
