Teams at National Star (National Star Foundation)

Provide first- and second-line IT support across multiple sites, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, telephony, and business systems. Maintain infrastructure such as wireless networks, VPNs, and connected devices; deploy and repair equipment; support Windows environments and Intune-managed devices; and deliver responsive customer service in 24/7 care and education settings. Travel between sites is required.

Volunteer Governor responsible for overseeing and monitoring college activities, supporting strategic direction, regulatory compliance, learner voice, inclusive practice, and educational outcomes for young people with complex disabilities. The role requires collaboration with Governors, Trustees, senior staff, and stakeholders, alongside approximately 12 hours of monthly commitment and occasional attendance at ceremonies and awards events.
