Provide on-site office support for a railroad tie grinding facility: payroll data collection, inventory tracking, report creation, email/phone communication, filing, and general administrative duties. Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and regular communication with corporate headquarters.

Identify and pursue new business with contractors, industrial clients, municipalities and developers. Prepare proposals and bids, conduct site visits, coordinate scope and pricing with estimating and operations, maintain a sales pipeline, attend industry events, support contract negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project execution.

Lead and supervise demolition site operations, enforce OSHA and environmental safety, plan demolition sequencing and equipment use, conduct inspections and toolbox talks, manage crews, scheduling, training, documentation, coordinate with managers and clients, and respond to on-site issues to deliver projects on time and within budget.
