Identify and develop new business with contractors, industrial and municipal clients. Prepare proposals and bids, conduct site visits, coordinate with estimating and operations, maintain sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project execution.

Lead and supervise demolition site operations, enforce OSHA and environmental safety, plan demolition sequencing and equipment use, conduct inspections and toolbox talks, manage crews, scheduling, training, documentation, coordinate with managers and clients, and respond to on-site issues to deliver projects on time and within budget.
