Lead and scale operations across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and facilities. Implement strategic operational plans, improve processes and systems (ERP/S&OP), manage supplier relationships and freight budgets, ensure inventory accuracy and same-day shipping, and mentor the operations team to meet KPIs like DIFOT, inventory turns, utilization, rework hours, and COGS.

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and fabrication/assembly layouts for metal components. Build BOMs for RFQs, create submittal and stamped drawings, ensure compliance with ISO/ASME and GD&T, collaborate with engineers and production to produce manufacturable drawings, and revise documentation based on shop-floor feedback.
