Lead and scale operations across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and facilities. Implement strategic operational plans, improve processes and systems (ERP/S&OP), manage supplier relationships and freight budgets, ensure inventory accuracy and same-day shipping, and mentor the operations team to meet KPIs like DIFOT, inventory turns, utilization, rework hours, and COGS.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts, serve as primary customer contact, drive opportunities from inquiry through order and operational handoff, coordinate cross-functional teams (Quoting, CAD, Engineering, PM, Manufacturing), maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy, present proposals and pricing, identify expansion opportunities, and remain engaged through project execution to ensure revenue, retention, and margin goals.
