Manage full-cycle recruiting for a growth company: partner with hiring managers, source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate experience, and track pipeline in the ATS.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts, serve as primary customer contact, drive opportunities from inquiry through order and operational handoff, coordinate cross-functional teams (Quoting, CAD, Engineering, PM, Manufacturing), maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy, present proposals and pricing, identify expansion opportunities, and remain engaged through project execution to ensure revenue, retention, and margin goals.
