Designs and develops enterprise Java and J2EE software in complex, high-volume transaction environments. Builds solutions using Spring, microservices, Kafka, Redis, relational and NoSQL databases, REST, and web services. Collaborates with architects, technical leads, and business stakeholders; applies design patterns, UML, Agile/Scrum, Git, and CI/CD practices. Focuses on problem-solving, quality, reliability, communication, and scalable solutions for payments, fintech, or banking systems.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and profitability of a UPI cross-border remittance product. Responsibilities include developing business requirements, operating processes, risk controls, product documentation, governance, fraud operations, testing, launches, stakeholder communications, and continuous process improvement. The role partners with technology, compliance, risk, operations, legal, finance, business teams, vendors, audit, and project management to increase revenue, reduce losses, improve customer experience, and optimize product margins.

Lead client implementation and readiness activities involving payment API design, especially UPI; assess infrastructure and security architectures; interpret API specifications; document technical solutions; coordinate development and testing lifecycles; manage client interactions, project tracking, and internal and external stakeholder communications.
