Lead actuarial systems, data, and process improvement initiatives by partnering with actuarial, IT, finance, and data teams. Manage change lifecycle, prioritize system/data requests, support data platform enhancements, enable automation and AI use cases, coordinate testing/deployment, maintain governance, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Designs and manages life and annuity product systems, writes business requirements, develops test strategies and validation tools, configures system rules, performs product and policy analysis, mentors junior analysts, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure accurate implementation and administration of life and annuity products.

Support corporate actuarial functions by developing and enhancing valuation models, forecasting, and analytics. Produce dashboards and visualizations, drive AI/ML and automation opportunities, and collaborate with actuarial, finance, risk, product, and IT teams to modernize processes, controls, and data platforms.
