The Tech Lead will provide hands-on leadership for product initiatives, ensuring technical delivery through architecture, design, and implementation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance application solutions.

The role involves leading a technology team in delivering project solutions for Life & Annuity systems, providing technical guidance and collaboration with stakeholders, and managing applications in a complex environment.

Supports capital management for a life and annuity insurer by updating and validating capital models, analyzing Risk-Based Capital and rating-agency capital, forecasting impacts, preparing reports, improving processes, and documenting procedures. The intern collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Risk Management, Investments, and other corporate teams while analyzing regulatory changes, business activities, investments, and reinsurance impacts.
