Supports capital forecasting, regulatory capital reporting, model maintenance, quarterly result validation, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and capital impact assessments. Prepares financial analyses, waterfalls, forecasts, governance presentations, and annual regulatory filings. Collaborates with risk management and internal partners on capital strategies, including reinsurance, non-admitted assets, and block sales. The role also documents processes, improves reporting capabilities, and provides ad hoc analysis of current and future capital positions.

Leads ESI’s Suitability Review unit, ensuring new accounts and transactions comply with written supervisory procedures, regulations, and company policies. Oversees complex suitability decisions, escalations, audits, process improvements, forms, technology projects, vendors, and cross-functional risk management. Develops leaders and associates while promoting accuracy, efficiency, continuous learning, and strong stakeholder communication.

Designs, implements, validates, and supports actuarial components for life insurance and annuity products across policy administration, illustration, and ancillary systems. Oversees testing, product calculations, system behavior, documentation, and cross-functional issue resolution. Coordinates project deliverables, provides training, evaluates automation opportunities, and serves as a subject matter expert on product mechanics and systems. Requires strong life and annuity product knowledge, analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and financial services systems experience.
