Conduct qualitative research on AI transformation in communications and corporate affairs. Design executive interviews, synthesize interviews, surveys, and open-source research, and produce case studies, best-practice reports, roadmaps, presentations, and client guidance. Experiment with AI tools and prompting, apply change-management principles, support webinars and training, brief executives, and contribute to new research products and operational improvements.

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for research and advisory products. Package complex insights into executive-ready reports, presentations, graphics, emails, and digital assets. Manage HubSpot campaigns, workflows, segmentation, reporting, CRM hygiene, website updates, and LinkedIn presence. Support new product go-to-market initiatives, maintain visual brand consistency, analyze campaign performance, and apply AI tools to improve marketing and design workflows.

Build, test, and deploy Django/Python web tools for National Journal’s digital platform. Maintain datasets and integrations, improve the internal Ada CMS, develop automation tools, and contribute across backend and frontend systems. Collaborate in Agile sprints, write tests and documentation, conduct code reviews, monitor performance, and uphold software quality. The role supports election data, government directories, journalism, and other products used by government affairs professionals.

Advises communications and corporate affairs teams on adopting, governing, and scaling AI. Conducts qualitative research, synthesizes interviews and surveys, develops implementation roadmaps and case studies, and creates client presentations and memos. Supports webinars, executive briefings, training, change-management initiatives, and AI workflow experimentation while contributing to advisory product development and operational improvements.

Conduct market research and reputational risk analysis for corporate clients. Produce reports, presentations, memos, webinars, and custom insights; develop research methodologies; synthesize complex information; present findings; manage client deliverables and timelines; lead analysts; and contribute to product development using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

Researches and curates political and policy news, creates daily charts and graphics, produces data-driven editorial content, and supports newsletter production workflows. Uses AI tools for research and content development while maintaining accuracy and editorial judgment. Collaborates across teams, manages recurring deadlines, and identifies studies, reports, testimony, and other sources that provide meaningful context for government affairs professionals.
