Manages board relations for two boards, including governance communications, meetings, retreats, agendas, and minutes. Supports the Executive Director with briefing materials, scheduling, follow-up, communications, public engagements, and media coordination. Oversees Executive Office requests, budgets, digital security protocols, strategic special projects, and organizational planning. Provides operational coverage and collaborates across teams while traveling domestically approximately 25% of the year.

Provides administrative, programmatic, and logistical support to the President and Executive Director. Manages calendars, correspondence, meetings, contracts, expenses, travel, contact databases, inquiries, security protocols, meeting notes, and follow-up activities. Coordinates with leadership, staff, external partners, and the executive office to optimize scheduling and support organizational priorities. This is a temporary, full-time remote role requiring domestic travel.

Build and engage a national base of remote Black domestic and home care workers. The organizer will conduct member outreach, identify and develop emerging leaders, track engagement in a database, support virtual programs and orientations, coordinate meetings and campaigns, facilitate leadership development, and elevate member voices. The role also includes supporting media opportunities, language justice, digital programming, staff meetings, supervision, work plans, and quarterly in-person mobilizations.

Support grant budgeting, compliance, and FP&A activities across NDWA and Care in Action. Maintain budgeting/reporting tools, prepare forecasts and variance analysis, manage allocations and inter-entity transfers, and produce grant-related journal entries and reports while coordinating with program and development teams.

Lead and execute NDWA's multi-entity fundraising strategy, manage a senior development team, grow individual and institutional revenue, oversee fundraising operations and donor systems, cultivate major donors and funders, and partner cross-functionally to meet ambitious annual revenue goals.

Lead financial planning, grants management, budgeting, and reporting for NDWA's 501(c)(3). Deliver forecasts, variance analyses, multi-year models, ensure GAAP compliance, support audits, supervise finance staff, and coordinate finances with related 501(c)(4)/PAC entities.

Lead NDWA's research agenda, design and conduct mixed-methods policy evaluations, oversee surveys and large-dataset analysis, produce public-facing reports, build research partnerships, supervise a research team, manage budgets, and ensure ethical, worker-centered research practices to inform advocacy and policy.
