Provides game-night fan support at information booths, leads representatives, answers questions, resolves issues, maintains supplies, prepares shift reports, and coordinates with venue and vendor staff. Also supports office administration, front-desk coverage, research projects, events, and fan certification programs. Requires strong hospitality, communication, organization, teamwork, confidentiality, and availability for most game nights, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Designs, administers, monitors, and troubleshoots wired and wireless networks, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, internet connectivity, and ZTNA. Manages network security, segmentation, resiliency, documentation, infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, and operational readiness. Provides real-time network support during games and special events, handles complex connectivity issues, and supports recovery testing and maintenance across multiple facilities.

Analyze and chart game and practice video to create sophisticated datasets supporting player development research and decision-making. Present findings through reports, presentations, and ongoing results while collaborating across functions. The remote, part-time role requires responsiveness, strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and availability for short-notice assignments, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
