Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Horticulture and horticulture leadership. Manage calendars, communications, travel, expense reports, meeting materials, and departmental documentation. Coordinate projects, onboarding/offboarding, vendor and invoice processes, maintain filing systems, take meeting notes, and support Garden events and departmental logistics.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, process payroll, maintain subledger and general ledger balances, reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, handle vendor forms and 1099s, support cafe/catering sales COGS and sales tax reporting, and maintain financial records and archives.

Create and manage social media content and campaigns, monitor and report digital metrics, run Meta ads, manage social tools and dashboards, build influencer relationships, maintain brand standards, assist events, and provide actionable insights to grow awareness and revenue.
