Manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices and payments, reconcile accounts, process biweekly payroll, maintain vendor files and 1099s, handle bank deposits and cash application, calculate COGS and sales tax, perform journal entries, and support operational accounting tasks and records management.

Plan and deliver formal and informal educational programs for youth, families, and adults on-site and off-site. Support program and material creation, special events, and exhibitions. Communicate effectively, work outdoors in variable conditions, lift up to 35 pounds, and maintain flexible scheduling including weekends and some holidays.
