Support the Marketing team by planning, creating, posting, and reporting on social media content and Meta ads. Manage social platforms and dashboards, build influencer relationships, analyze campaign performance, maintain digital assets, and assist with events to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Support daily membership operations, communications, fulfillment, and data management in Raiser's Edge NXT. Coordinate member and donor events, manage registrations and logistics, prepare renewal materials, and deliver exceptional customer service to drive retention and engagement.

Create and lead mission-driven in-person and off-site educational programs for youth, families, and adults. Support program and material development, assist with special events and exhibitions, and collaborate with staff to deliver engaging environmental education. Work outdoors, lift up to 35 pounds, and maintain flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
