Creates and manages social media content and digital marketing assets for Naples Botanical Garden. Responsibilities include managing social platforms, Meta advertising, analytics dashboards, campaign reporting, influencer relationships, digital asset maintenance, brand compliance, and actionable performance insights. The role also supports events and develops stories and communications strategies based on Garden programs and activities.

Supports daily management of natural areas, stormwater gardens, urban forest displays, and off-site conservation areas through field work, landscaping, trail maintenance, herbicide application, invasive species management, and prescribed fire activities. Assists with environmental data collection, education and outreach, volunteer direction, scientific investigators, and equipment maintenance. The role requires outdoor work, machinery operation, conservation knowledge, communication skills, and willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
