Supports business operations, office management, and executive assistance for the CEO and senior leadership. Responsibilities include preparing board and leadership materials, tracking actions, coordinating meetings and events, managing office supplies and facilities, supporting health and safety processes, arranging diaries and travel, and handling correspondence. The role also uses AI tools to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and increase administrative efficiency.

Serve as primary client contact from project through implementation and support. Troubleshoot technical issues (logs, root cause), run SQL/Elastic queries, modify Python scripts, facilitate technical strategy and training, produce reports and remediation plans, author KB documentation, and work cross-functionally to drive client value and product alignment.
