Serve as primary client contact from project through implementation and support. Troubleshoot technical issues (logs, root cause), run SQL/Elastic queries, modify Python scripts, facilitate technical strategy and training, produce reports and remediation plans, author KB documentation, and work cross-functionally to drive client value and product alignment.

Serve as primary client technical contact from implementation through support, run technical investigations (logs, SQL, Elasticsearch, HTTP), deliver training and documentation, collaborate on product roadmap and remediation plans, present insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, and drive operational improvements to maximise client value.

Lead and rebuild FP&A at Napier: own budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning; implement AI-native forecasting and automation; deliver performance reporting and commercial insights; partner with senior stakeholders across functions; support M&A and transaction readiness; and improve finance systems, controls, and reporting cadence to enable growth.
