Supports the sales team with order processing, customer record maintenance, sales documentation, delivery follow-up, basic reporting, and routine customer inquiries. Coordinates with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and provides general administrative support for sales operations.

Sells company products, manages customer accounts, develops new business, and maintains customer relationships. Responsibilities include preparing orders and pricing approvals, entering orders into JDE or CRM, collecting invoices, handling complaints and returns, supporting e-commerce adoption, conducting market visits and product trials, reconciling accounts, and reporting competitor activity and customer issues.
