Designs and reviews electrical systems for infrastructure upgrades and new construction, focusing on primary power distribution and facility systems up to 480V. Performs field investigations, electrical calculations, design recovery, troubleshooting, technical research, specifications, and drawing packages. Evaluates designs for safety, reliability, constructability, operability, maintainability, and code compliance while collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Leads project controls across multiple projects, including planning, scheduling, cost and risk management, configuration control, performance monitoring, variance analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Uses project controls systems to integrate cost and schedule data, assess scope changes, maintain budget and schedule compliance, and provide accurate information to project managers. Engages internal stakeholders, clients, DOE/NNSA representatives, and vendors while supporting project performance and organizational objectives.

Provides electrical engineering support for facility and production-area design recovery in nuclear-regulated environments. Reviews configuration-managed change requests, performs field walkdowns, identifies affected documents, prepares redline markups, coordinates drafting updates, and verifies configuration-control compliance. Develops design outputs aligned with CNS standards, NFPA 70/NEC, ASME, and applicable regulations while collaborating with production, maintenance, engineering, and support organizations.
