Own Nanit's Canadian commercial business across DTC, Amazon.ca, and retail channels. Lead P&L and revenue growth, develop retail partnerships, localize marketing, manage demand forecasting and inventory planning, assess team needs, and coordinate with distributors and US-based leadership to align Canadian and global strategies.

Leads Nanit's product design vision across mobile software, connected hardware, AI experiences, subscriptions, and future products. Partners with cross-functional leaders to shape product strategy, build cohesive customer experiences, conduct user research, establish design standards, and translate complex technology into human-centered products. Builds and develops a high-performing Product Design and User Research organization while driving customer and business value.

Recruit and source candidates for Product and R&D roles across Israel and the US. Responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting phone and HR interviews, coordinating interview processes, maintaining ATS records, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers. The role requires tech recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, Hebrew and English proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
