Lead Oracle Cloud Technology sales in Ireland by building pipeline, developing partner and customer relationships, pursuing public and private sector opportunities, driving demand generation, delivering forecasts, qualifying and closing deals, and representing Namos at Oracle events and industry forums.

Lead creation and growth of Namos' Oracle Payroll Bureau managed services across the UK and Ireland. Own strategy, P&L, service delivery, client success, recruitment and scaling of high-performing teams. Drive operational excellence, compliance with UK payroll legislation (HMRC, RTI), pension administration, payments controls, data security, and business continuity while developing recurring revenue payroll offerings.
