Own the company’s finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, cash and runway planning, financial modeling, reporting, unit economics, margin analysis, and infrastructure investment decisions. Coordinate external accountants and finance partners across countries, while improving financial processes, controls, and systems. Partner closely with leadership to provide insights for strategic decisions and build scalable finance operations in a fast-moving startup environment.

Build and operate Namespace’s high-performance infrastructure platform. Own reliability, scalability, and performance across compute, memory, storage, and networking. Automate provisioning, deployments, scaling, and recovery; develop observability, alerting, and incident response processes; and manage capacity planning and cost efficiency. Collaborate with product engineers to deliver infrastructure capabilities quickly and safely.

Build and operate Namespace’s high-performance infrastructure platform supporting customer builds, tests, and CI jobs. Responsibilities include optimizing compute, memory, storage, and networking; automating provisioning, deployment, scaling, and recovery; developing observability and incident response processes; planning capacity; improving cost efficiency; and collaborating with product engineers to deliver reliable platform capabilities.

Drive technical projects from planning through execution by translating business goals into engineering plans, managing timelines, budgets, scope, resources, dependencies, risks, vendors, and documentation. Coordinate engineering teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and leadership while maintaining quality standards and ensuring projects progress effectively. The role requires a technical background and familiarity with software engineering, developer tools, and modern development workflows.

Own and strengthen security across systems, networks, and infrastructure. Design firewalls and IDS/IPS capabilities, conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments, detect and respond to threats, establish organization-wide security practices, collaborate with engineering and operations, and support customer security questionnaires and technical requirements.

Build and ship end-to-end, user-facing features and integrations for a developer infrastructure platform. Collaborate with users and partners to understand workflows, iterate on product design, and improve adoption, performance, and reliability.

Build and maintain the control planes, automation, and observability for a global fleet of machines. Develop production-quality Go services for provisioning, health checks, upgrades, and incident remediation. Architect high-throughput, low-latency networking, improve utilization and power-to-performance, and collaborate with product and platform teams on storage-aware scheduling and developer-facing features.

Work directly with customer engineering teams to diagnose and resolve CI/CD, build, and infrastructure issues; embed with customers to improve workflows; build integrations and product fixes; identify recurring patterns and drive platform improvements while enabling adoption across teams.

Manage customer relationships across onboarding, contracts, renewals, and account growth. Coordinate with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing value. Communicate clearly, solve problems, work with systems and numbers, and take ownership to help customers succeed with Namespace's developer infrastructure platform.

Manage inbound customer opportunities and a portfolio of technical customers from first contact through onboarding, renewals, and expansion. Build long-term relationships, lead pricing and contract conversations, coordinate with product and engineering, and gather feedback to improve the product and customer experience.

Build and ship end-to-end, user-facing features and integrations for a developer infrastructure platform. Collaborate with users and partners to understand workflows, iterate on product design and implementation, and drive adoption, performance, and reliability.

Lead and establish Namespace's US engineering presence: hire and manage a small high-performing team, drive technical direction, ship end-to-end developer-facing features and integrations, collaborate with product/design/users, and shape long-term engineering foundations for scalable, high-performance developer infrastructure.

Work directly with customer engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and build systems; deliver tactical fixes and product improvements; drive adoption and translate recurring customer patterns into platform enhancements.
