Manage customer relationships across onboarding, contracts, renewals, and account growth. Coordinate with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing value. Communicate clearly, solve problems, work with systems and numbers, and take ownership to help customers succeed with Namespace's developer infrastructure platform.

Manage inbound customer opportunities and a portfolio of technical customers from first contact through onboarding, renewals, and expansion. Build long-term relationships, lead pricing and contract conversations, coordinate with product and engineering, and gather feedback to improve the product and customer experience.

Lead and establish Namespace's US engineering presence: hire and manage a small high-performing team, drive technical direction, ship end-to-end developer-facing features and integrations, collaborate with product/design/users, and shape long-term engineering foundations for scalable, high-performance developer infrastructure.
